Match: [FOoM] [Fraternal Order of Moof] VERSUS [BoA] [The Original Brotherhood of Assassins]
MAP:2Fort - Might be our last match on 2Fort in TFC! :/ Round 1:[FOoM]:80,[BoA]:100 Round 2:[FOoM]:110,[BoA]:10 Totals:[FOoM]: 190,[BoA]: 110
Match Stats:
Comments/Writeup: Well things looked grim before we started warmups for the match. First of all, our server decided to mysteriously disappear, and after fifteen minutes we joined the server of some dude who thinks he's e-cool (thanks zs, for the server loan). Seven people join up and we screw around on torch2, nobody was really that excited to play, and [BoA] was short as well. So after Forn asked us about a hundred times (with increasing frustration) what map we wanted to play 7v7 and we responded with suggestions like ukfootie, BAM, and totalwar, somehow 2fort was eventually decided. I'm not sure what's wrong with torch2...but I guess neither team wanted to play it. R1 we decide to run a 3D 4O strat, while [BoA] had a more conventional 3O 4D. Caps came in from both sides... |

We are in gold now, oh no! :) [FOoM] vs |K}{R| Round 1 100 30 Round 2 140 60 OT Round(s) Totals 240 90
Well today is e-mazing in two ways. First of all, it's Presidents Day. Secondly, [FOoM] won their 5th match in a row. This has actually happened before (holy shit!), but it's been awhile. Not since 2003, when [FooM] won 6 in a row (coincidentally enough, it also took place in February). To put the two together, not George W. Bush was our president has this happened. In 2003 I was a senior in High School. Legendary clans such as [DO], DIVISION, (!), -|{-, [CoS], [CwO], |404|, NtN, and tM still existed. In 2003 we caught Saddam hiding, Tampa Bay beat Oakland in the Super Bowl (both teams are horrible now) and LOTR: Return of the King came out. Ah yes, it was a good year indeed. ............... |
